Our in residence support provides you and your team access to trained and practicing futurists, on tap. It’s like having us as a pop-up member of you team, supporting you when you need it the most. 


Our ‘in residence’ support is a retainer based service that allows for on-demand access to us, as and when you need it the most.

It’s the ‘what happens come Monday?’ support that we realised was absent in most consulting work. Support provided at the point of doing the work.

In residence support gives you in-demand strategic foreisght capability in an affordable way. You’ll get thinking and experience that’s beyond business as usual, a drop in futurist/workforce planner only when you need it.

We partner with you and your team in short ‘on demand’ bursts over an agreed period. You’ll have access to us for 2-4 hours a month over a 3 or 6 month period. You choose the timing and focus depending on what's topical, relevant and valuable.

In the past we've used this time to share regular scanning insights and trend updates, to run micro workshops on futures methods and thinking for current challenges, to stress test future strategy resilience and to provide direct support during the delivery of projects.

*For us, sparring and in residence support is automation resistant work, but also time intensive work. Hence, they are an exclusive offering - we only ever spar / work in residence with a few clients at any given time.
